[srslte-users] what is the mean of TX_DELAY and FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS

Hi Xavier,
so there are many place the source code misuse TX_DELAY and FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS but just because TX_DELAY is equal to FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS then there is no problem.
for example:
uint32_t pending_tti              = (current_tti + MSG3_DELAY_MS + TX_DELAY) % 10;
this case TX_DELAY should be FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS.

#define TTI_RX_ACK(tti) ((tti + (2 * FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS)) % 10240)
this case one FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS should be TX_DELAY

the definition is above. i want to know what TX_DELAY and FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS means. FDD_HARQ_DELAY_MS is easier to understand it is the ack time delay from TX to ack. but TX_DELAY seems the time advance to transmit the data to the radio hardware, it that correct.
