[srslte-users] Paging UE and sending Downlink NAS Transport messages

Hi,

    Is there a way to check when the UE is in RRC idle ? Also, I am not
sure I quite understand what you mean by "sending traffic to the UE". Could
you clarify a bit ? Sorry for the trouble.
