[srslte-users] LimeSDR configuration for srsenb

I can confirm, the only thing I modified in the config files was the earfcn and the bandwidth. Later I adjusted MCC/MNC to my test SIM cards (needs to be done in enb and epc config files!) and added the SIM data into the user database file.
