[srslte-users] PLMN unknown

Hi,

Henry: Try passing the values from the command line for both EPC and eNB
instead of changing the values in configuration file. This helped me at
some point.

Pedro: Do we need to rebuild/recompile the whole srsLTE, in case we change
the parameters in configuration file and not pass the values via command
line?
