[srslte-users] How can I get the C-RNTI from commercial cell tower passively.

Hi,

Some commercial tools like Airscope and Sanjole support to show all RNTIs
in the current cell.
If I use srsLTE opensource (srsUE, pdsch_ue), how can I get the information
against commercial cell tower?
