[srslte-users] TMSI Decoder

Hi,

I am trying to implement a TMSI catcher and have been basing my program on
pdsch_ue. However, when I set the RNTI to 0xFFFE (P-RNTI), I am unable to
find any messages.

I understand that the P-RNTI is sent on the PCCH channel, but I am not sure
how to incorporate into the srslte_ue_dl_find_and_decode.

My understanding of LTE is limited, but any suggestions or examples would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
