[srslte-users] pusch decode capability

In trying to understand the LTE decode algorithm, I took a QPSK-modulated
signal, and tried to pass it through the decode stack.  Descrambling worked
perfectly, but rate de-matching and turbo decoding did not.  Is there any
obvious reason why this isn't a simple inverse operation?
