[srslte-users] Up-Board/Pi-4 and LimeSDR/Lime-Mini Expired RRCconectionSetup

Dear srsLTE team,
I am currently attempting to utilize a Up^2 board or Pi-4 and laptop to
establish a link. UE and ENB begin the setup sequence, then fail and
disconnect. I am unsure what I can do on my end to establish a link. I have
gotten the setup to regularly fail at the same point and now I am stuck.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Setup
Up^2 board with LimeSDR USB running srsENB
(also have a similar setup on a Pi-4 with srsLTE 18.12 It compiled much
easier and cleaner but I get similar failures.)

Laptop intel-i7 2.5GHz with LimeSDR USB running srsUE.

Both systems build running:
Ubuntu 18.04.4
srsLTE Master Branch (compiled from source)
Limesuite Master Branch (compiled from source)
SoapySDR 0.7.1 (compiled from source)

Connections:
Hard line with attenuators.
or
RF with antennas

Other Notes:
CPU set to performance
gateware on Lime Mini v1.24 (I had fewer errors by rolling back the
gateware version)
Firmware and Gateware on LimeSDR USB is current.
LimeSDR's are connected through a USB3.0 Hub with independent power. (i
reduced a bunch of tuning errors and the signal looked cleaner when I did
this)

Config settings:
Unmodified except EARFCN=6200
ENB TXGain=80
Nprb=25
UE TXGain= 60

Raw IQ: I can provide waterfall and FFT screen shots if desired.
ENB Looks pretty clean and like what I have seen in commercial systems.
UE: does not look as clean and I see aliasing and spikes depending on tx
gain setting. (not sure if this is normal in the setup process.)

ENB execution:
Built in Release mode using commit d045213f on branch master.
