[srslte-users] UE Measurement reports and X2 Handover

Hi srsLTE Community,

We are running experiments and trying to understand X2 Handover between the
eNBs. However, looking through the changelog, we noticed that the handover
implementation is currently on the UEs and not on the eNBs. Is our
understanding correct?

In the experiment setup, we have 3 USRP B200Mini SDRs, 2 of them working as
the eNB and one behaving as the UE. Logging the pcap from the UEs, we see
the LTE_RRC DL_DCCH RRCConnectionReconfiguration messages and some
measurements with the log messages printing "MEAS: New measurement earfcn="
but however don't see the X2 messages or the UE handing over to a new eNB.

The UE which performs the measurement reports however does not report these
messages to the eNB. Is there a separate configuration which allows that to
happen?

Are we doing something wrong here? Would it be possible for the community
members to share an example pcap with X2 and showing how UEs report to the
eNB with the measurement reports, so that we can understand where we might
be making any errors?
