[srslte-users] Wireshark did not capture RRC packet

Dear srsLTE team,

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for your hard work and contribution
to srsLTE.

I run epc and enb on one PC with Ubuntu 18.04 with USRP B210 and ue on
another PC. I am trying to capture RRC packets using Wireshark on the same
PC as the enb one. I started capturing in Wireshark after I ran epc and
enb. I thought Wireshark would capture RRC packets (I am looking for SIBs),
but I only found IP packets and packets of layers above it.  (I am not sure
if I should run Wireshark on enb side or ue side. Please correct if I did
it wrong.)

I already enabled all protocols in Wireshark, uncommented '#define
WRITE_SIB_PCAP' in 'srsenb/src/mac/mac.cc', and changed '[pcap] enable =
false' to '[pcap] enable = true' in srsLTE/srsenb/enb.conf.

Does anyone know what I am missing? Many thanks!
