[srslte-users] Changing srsLTE Configuration

Hi Andre,

I am planning to add a QCI 1 later on, but just wanted to see the behavior.
I've tried modifying it to 9, but epc still shows 7. I thought maybe
because the default configuration has the user_db.csv stored somewhere else
that isn't being modified, so I tried to run the epc.conf that is in the
srsepc directory, but I get an error in reading the user_db.csv file. Below
is the output:

*~/srsLTE/srsepc$ sudo srsepc epc.confBuilt in Release mode using commit
d045213f on branch master.--- Software Radio Systems EPC ---Reading
configuration file epc.conf...Error reading user database file
user_db.csvError initializing HSS*

The csv file is the same as the example, except the QCI for both is 9
instead of 7. When I rename the file and add (.example) to the end, epc
initializes but with a different user_db.csv file because QCI is back to 7.

Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Regards,
Ayman
