[srslte-users] does srsUE support AT commands

We currently only support a single PDN. But we'll be adding mutliple
PDNs probably in the 2nd release later this year.

But we probably won't use AT commands to configure them but instead
provide config file option or a remote interface.

We don't support AT commands in the normal UE application.
