For the eNB, the console trace is currently the best way to check for
UE-specific stats.

For MIMO, the most important value is the `ri` value in the trace. It
should be 2.0 for good MIMO performance.

On the UE you mean? If so, use apps like Network Signal Guru to check
the RI computed by the UE.
