[srslte-users] SrsLTE using USRP N321

You are still running with the reduced sample rates. The N3xx doesn't
support that. Also increase the network buffers like suggested in UHD.

I also see you are running srsLTE with debug logs, that's not needed.
Unless you see an issue, warning is fine.
