[srslte-users] Several static libs are being installed

Hey Filipe,

we've just pushed a commit that remove the installation of those static
libs. We don't consider this an serious issue and will therefore not
provide this on "master" just now, I've attached the diff though. It
will of course be included in the next release.

That being said, please go ahead and remove it yourself for the Arch
packaging.
