[srslte-users] USRP x310 srsLTE v19.12.0

Hi,

the UHD version on your system and the one the UHD version the srsLTE
package was compiled with need to match. I don't think 16.04 was
compiled with UHD 3.13. If you need to use this, you need to compile
srsLTE from source.
