[srslte-users] UE attach but can't create VPN

Hey Theo,

put the VPN issue aside for the moment. It's rather a LTE issue your
having that causes the connection to break.

Make sure your signals for both UL and DL are good. Check your antenna
config, the LNAH/BAND2 doesn't seem right for the EARFCN you are using.
