[srslte-users] Fwd: handover between different technologies

Greetings of the day

Am a beginner to srslte and getting familiar with all and its quite
interesting.

I have doubt regarding is there any part where the handover
between different technologies is done or is there any reference paper or
guide where I can get to  how it is done like handover from 2g to 4g or 5g
etc.

and in srslte where can I work on this interRAT things I mean rrc layer or
somewhere ?
