[srslte-users] Connection Reestablishment

Hey,

the question has been answered multiple times on the list and on Github.
Please use the search function.

Bottom line is that the public release doesn't work on ADRV SDRs because
the driver doesn't support time stamping.

You may get a connection if all works well but it won't be stable, as
you've experienced yourself.
