Hi Marco,
The UL HARQ timing is defined in 3GPP 36.213 R8, section 10.2 Uplink
ACK/NACK timing.

So, if one follows the standard, the eNb expects the HARQ feedback in the
subframe n+4.

You could try to reduce this delay as long as your machine is able to
process the baseband.
