[srslte-users] SFN/SF in MAC frame

Hello,

I am running srsLTE eNodeB with my LimeSDR and I can't reach more than the
attach.
Something tickles me when I look at the MAC frame received at the eNodeB.
It is spammed by MAC-LTE UL SCH frames that are quite empty. The SFN/SF
triggered me :

1) SFN/SF does not at all respect the rules described by this guy :
https://www.sharetechnote.com/html/Handbook_LTE_SFN.html

2) Shouldn't the SFN/SF be sent from eNodeB to UE (DL) rather than in
uplink ?

I am looking for an explanation.
