[srslte-users] Need LTE release 8 version of srsLTE

Dear community,

I am looking for a stable version of srsLTE complying LTE release 8. I was
digging through many commits in Github and found it not helpful. I hope
someone can point me in the right direction or to the right commit that
satisfies Release 8 of LTE.

I am testing for some rrc asn1 files for Release 8 and wanted to run it on
srsLTE release 8 software.
