Hello,
I am trying to deploy a srsLTE network from the master branch. I tried both BladeRF A4 and USRP B210, but the network quality is very bad for the following reasons:
1. Hard to search the signal. Test UEs are Samsung Note 10, Huawei P30 Pro, and Vivo S6.
2. Once I tried to connect (with Huawei phone), it failed most of the time. The stdout of the srsepc is attached.
3. At a very rare situation, I can connect to the eNB successfully. But I can't access the Internet. I tried to ping the EPC from UE, the packet loss is extremely high:
/ # ping 172.16.0.1 PING 172.16.0.1 (172.16.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from 172.16.0.1: icmp_seq=15 ttl=64 time=64.7 ms ^C --- 172.16.0.1 ping statistics --- 20 packets transmitted, 1 received, 95% packet loss, time 19421ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 64.758/64.758/64.758/0.000 ms
I ran the srsenb and srsepc on the same machine. I'm not sure if it's my laptop CPU is not good enough to do this job (4 core 8 threads Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz)
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
