Hi Andre.
I actually did one change in the configuration band.Taking into account the accepted bands of the Huawei Mate 20 X, in this case I use band 7.
Just to make everything clear, I changed the file back to the earfcn that the samsung use (1200) and it still can connect. Although, for some reason, the Huawei phone is still not working in its band. In fact not only the Huawei phone but every phone except this Samsung J3.

Hey,
the phone stops responding after the ConnectionSetup. What phone is it?
So you have another phone that works well with the exact same configuration?
