[srslte-users] Pi4 branch...

Hi all,

I found https://github.com/srsLTE/srsLTE/tree/pi4 and tried it with my
LimeNET micro, and I can confirm - it works!

After a long time the first srsLTE release that works on a RasPi3 again,
hopefully it stays this way!!!

Need to check what antenna settings fit best, the output signal was quite
weak, and I will do further tests how stable and reliable it is, but even
seeing it transmitting on the analyzer was amazing. At 3 MHz CPU load was
still below 50%, so all in the green range.
