[srslte-users] srsUE Not Connecting

Dear srsLTE community,

I've had this issue today with srsUE as it's not connecting to the eNodeB.
I was able to connect it before on the same setup, but I tried to do some
modifications and now I re-installed the original code but was not able to
connect.

My setup include two PCs with URSP b210 on both machines, both machines are
close to each other and the setup worked before.

One thing I want to mention is that when I tried to run srsenb initially, I
got a parser error message that some configuration were missing. I checked
the and rr.conf file and found that these parameters (cell_id, tac, pci,
root_seq_idx, dl_earfcn, ul_earfcn, ho_active)  were commented out. I
removed the comment and was able to run srsenb now.

When running srsUE on the other machine, I get the following:

It keeps repeating and trying to connect without being able to.
