[srslte-users] NITZ / network broadcasted time sync

Hello,

i'm planning to play with srslte and a bladeRF mainly to check stuff 
around the smartphone time sync mecanism (trying to reproduce some of 
the results here : http://library.usc.edu.ph/ACM/SIGSAC%202017/spsm/p13.pdf)

Is srslte broadcasting NITZ time sync messages ?

Checking source code drove me at this point :

Which let me think that it's not handled. Is that right ?

If so, would turning the availability flags on and feeling the missing 
structure from within that method would be enought to have it working or 
is it more complicated ?
