[srslte-users] Question on accessing timing information in srsLTE

Dear Users, 
I need to access timing information like TTI, SFN, SF in RRC at eNB side. 
Does anyone know how can I do this in srsLTE? 
The reason I ask is, according to my understanding, timing information like tti, sfn, sf are always kept at MAC level or L1 in any LTE design, RRC is more of event based design I believe.
