Hi Paul,
I see you are getting RI=0 (1 Layer), I guess you would like to have RI=1
(2 layers).

The examples pdsch_enodeb and pdsch_ue can help you tweaking antenna
position.

lib/examples/pdsch_enodeb -x 3 -p 50 -f 2650e6
lib/examples/pdsch_ue -r 1234 -A 2 -f 2650e6

The pdsch_ue provides the condition number:
            κ: 0,0 dB, RI=1 (Condition number, 0 dB => Best)
