First of all thank you for your reply!
As I have understood from the srsLTE documentation, in order to achieve
MIMO in TM 4 the RI value should be "2" which means two layers where each
one of them transmits different signals.
With regard to the antenna placement, the best "κ" value that I could
achieve is "1.1".
I have attached the results of the pdsch_ue while I change the MCS value
from 0 to 21 as well as a photo of the antenna placement of the USRP (the
antennas are VERT2450):
