[srslte-users] Building srsLTE on RasPi 4 Buster...

Hey Ralph,

Thanks for uploading that. The only differences are the card reader and
srsgui libraries so all of that looks correct.

I tried 5MHz on B17 using 5790 and got the same result as always on the
RPi4:

SCHED: Could not transmit RAR within the window

I get warnings about burst preamble and TX/RX time offset not being
calibrated for the lime_mini. That's the only other thing I don't know how
to address correctly.

I guess I should rebuild this whole thing from scratch and try again.
