Had some luck with RPi4B srsLTE and a commercial UE, at least a
glimmer of luck - after switching from dl_earfcn = 3451 ( 925.1MHz,
in US ISM band ) to 2525 ( Band 5, 881.50Mhz) -- the Samsung Galaxy
S4-mini with sysmocom card actually finds the network now - altho it
immediately drops out.

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.1 ARMv7 Processor rev 3 (v7l)

Using usrp b205mini as ue from a notebook gets pretty reliable SNR and pings

Still researching the SGS4-mini
