[srslte-users] ZMQ issues on single node - could not transmit RAR

Hello Justin and team, I'm using default parameters and config from the ZMQ
application note.

I essentially did an out-of-the-box deployment, with no tweaking:

1) Followed the application note for ZMQ:
https://docs.srslte.com/en/latest/app_notes/source/zeromq/source/index.html
 - built libzmq and czmq from git
 - built srsLTE from git and successful "make test" verification
2) Installed the default config files by "sudo srslte_install_configs.sh
service".
 - created separate name space for UE1 (netns)
3) As sudo, started srslte, srsenb and srsue with arguments from ZMQ
application note above.

Tried on a bunch of OSs (Debian9, Debian10, Ubuntu16.04, Ubuntu18.04) with
same result. Did not try Fedora.
Tried various machine types in Google Cloud. Never tried on bare metal.

Any pointers and ideas would be appreciated.
