The biggest problem when debugging such issues is usually reproducing it
reliably such that proper logs can be taken for analysis.

If you can reproduce it, please send us logs and PCAPs of a run (the
same run to allow comparison) for both UE and eNB with loglevel info for
PHY and MAC.
