[srslte-users] ASN.1 files

Hey Taillefer,

We are using our own ASN.1 generator. It's not as complete as other
off-the-shelf generators like asn1c, but it generates, in my opinion,
clearer code. If you don't mind real-time performance too much, you also
have the option of using the pycrate python library:
