[srslte-users] srsLTE prefered UHD version

Hey Wang,

we still use 3.9.7 LTS in some cases but 3.15 LTS is fine too and most
of our testing in fact uses 3.15.

Also there is no other option if you want to use some of the advanced
UHD features.
