[srslte-users] srsGUI not working

Hey Henrik,

that happens if srsGUI wasn't found when you compiled srsLTE, so plots
are disabled.

Make sure you install srsGUI headers, then run a clean cmake after
wiping the old build folder.

Send CMake logs if the issue still persists.
