[srslte-users] Improvements to srsLTE Docs

Hi all,

As we continue to develop the srsLTE documentation and improve on existing
entries, we want to know how you think we could improve.

Recent additions to the docs include our COTS UE app note, troubleshooting
sections for both the UE and eNB, and other small additions such as
diagrams, etc. What do you feel is missing most? Are there any stumbling
blocks we haven't highlighted? Is there anything we could explain better?
