The default transmit antenna is TX/RX and the default receive antenna is
RX2, so all you should have to do is specify the channel number, either "0"
or "1", for the uplink and downlink to operate between the two channels of
the USRP B210.

However, there is a more fundamental issue.  A single USRP device can only
be controlled by one UHD session (one UHD process) at a time.  So, you
could not have both srsENB and srsUE using the same USRP B210 board
simulateanously.
