* Yes, it works end-to-end on DL (with COTS UE too) in any TM mode booth
MIMO/SISO using latest srslte branch.

* In practice 256QAM gets easily corrupted by having various objects/walls
in the line of sight, and in such case communication falls back to lower
stable modulation scheme.
