* Some phones are very picky to frequency drift, your SDR might need
external clock discipline (by a highly stable clock source e.g. GPSDO or
other).
* Also make sure the signal budget received by UE is enough, not
interfering with overlapping too strong commercial signals from the air
(crowded signal environments).
