[srslte-users] Intra-eNB handover

Hi,
in the documentation [1], it is reported the EARFCN for the two eNB
cells must have the same EARFCN. Why is that the case?
I have a x310 USRP with two daughterboards and I saw it would have been
straighforward to run two cells with different frequencies, each using
a different daughterboard.
