[srslte-users] About Open Loop control, which are the parameters to adjust in order to compensate for added gain?

Dear All,
We are trying to understand the uplink power control. Adding an external
amplifier after the SDR (tx) lead to the UE transmitting at much lower
power. I believe this is expected since the UE will underestimate the real
pathloss (due to the amplification).
Of course this are effects that must be compensated with some settings. I
believe the key configurations are in the sib.conf file:
p0_nominal_pusch = -85;
alpha = 0.7;
p0_nominal_pucch = -107;
and possibly other parameters… for example we could not find the “reference
signal transmit power”, which we would expect to see somewhere… is it the
“rs_power=0”, which is by default equal to zero? Which units?
Unfortunately I can’t find any documentation… is someone able to help in
understanding this?
Thanks and regards
