[srslte-users] Closed loop power control?

Dear Andrea,

srsRAN supports power control but only in the eNB at the moment. That means
you can set a target SINR in the rr.conf, and the eNB will send TPC
commands different than 1 to achieve that target. The srsUE will ignore
those commands though.
