[srslte-users] enb receive a lot of prach

Hi,
when i put the ue a little far from enb enb will receive a lot of prach request. i guess this may because that ue do not receive RAR from enb and it try to random access again. but why the ue receive the PSS, SSS and SIB and can not receive RAR? is the transmit power for these element different?
