[srslte-users] 5G NSA UE zmq

Hi, I did successful test, it was enough for me to make achieve  acceptance
of commercial MME 5G-NSA features.
Also DETACH REQUEST procedure from MME (with RE-ATTACH REQUIRED cause),
works perfectly.
