[srslte-users] Implementation of the LTE events

Hey Valentijn,

It is definitely possible to implement it, but I am not sure how much work
it would involve at this point. You would have to change both
that "parse_meas_report_desc" function to parse a1 configurations and
change the rrc_mobility.cc file to handle a1 events. I am probably
forgetting other places.

Which UE implementation are you using?
