Hi Harley Lin,

Just a heads-up, I'm afraid this is neither an answer nor a solution to
your question. Instead, I am actually writing this to ask for any updates
as I am going through the same process. I wonder if you figured out why
your scheduling did not work as expected.

Besides, I'd like to thank you for providing the actual code based on the
idea described in the reference you linked. It helped me a lot to process
what was going on. Just one thing I'd like to double-check, by "n_decode",
does it mean the order of each SIB message enumerated in SIB 1 message
under SchedulingInfoList, so not necessarily the type number (ex) 3 for SIB
3 message) in this case.

Huge thanks for your helpful post and, as stated, any updates will be
greatly appreciated as well.
