Each host will need a gw/next hop route to its attached radio otherwise
it will ARP all day long.
Id think that the left side could be 10.10.1.x and the right side
10.10.2.x. What you have now the epc box will not expect to see
10.10.10.x arriving on the 172.16.0.1 interface and probably drop due to
src route check.
Hence routes work both ways for (ingress for the src) and (egress for
the dst).
