[srslte-users] fix_issue675 branch srsenb failing to create socket

I have built the fix_issue675 branch. I am getting the following error 
when I run srsenb with default parameters

Could not create socket
: Socket type not supported
Failed to initiate S1 connection. Attempting reconnection in 10 seconds

I am on Fedora 34.
